The BSU leadership team consists of around 20 students who are responsible for various aspects of the weekly ministry. The students have a weekly leadership meeting with the directors, break into guys and girls for prayer and discipleship, and also meet with their specific team. Each leadership team member is part of a smaller team aimed at planning, promoting, and participating in an aspect of our ministry. There are five such teams:
- Outreach
- Inreach
- Worship
- Media
- Prayer
Our leadership team currently has twenty-four members, and with students graduating, we are almost always in need of new team members. If you are interested in becoming a member of the leadership team, please fill out a LEADERSHIP TEAM APPLICATION and submit it to Kyle or Kristin. Based on the need as assessed at the end of the semester, applicants who meet the current needs of the ministry will be contacted and asked to join the team.
